Thomas Farrell wrote on Oct 9, 2015:

"To The Krasinski Family, Words cannot express the sorrow and heartfelt sympathy following the loss of Frank, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. He was a highly respected and emulated member of the NYSP, always leading by example, striving to help others, and he was a consummate role model both on and off duty. He took his profession seriously, but he also had a good sense of humor. I served with his son William Krasinski while working at SP Newburgh and on the Executive Services Detail protecting Governor George Pataki, and I am proud to call him my friend (The apple did not fall far from the tree...). Over the years, I recall several conversations with Frank as the First Sergeant at Troop 'F', during firearms training, and while working post retirement at Stewart Airport. He always had a warm smile, kind words of wisdom, and expressed an obvious love for his family. Eternal rest unto you Frank and may God bless your family during this difficult time. "

"First Sergeant Krasinski was in charge in Troop F when I was promoted to Lieutenant. He made me feel very welcome, taught me a lot, and made my time away from home much more bearable. He was a great guy who didn't get nearly as long a retirement as he deserved! Fortunately, since we are both Christians, I know it is only a matter of time until we meet again."
