Eileen Storm, 67, of Council Bluffs, IA, passed away on April 22, 2017.
FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Carson, IA. Burial will be in the Macedonia Cemetery. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the service starting at 9:00 a.m.
Memorials are directed to the American Cancer Society.
Eileen Edith Storm, one of four children of Eldred Clark and Donna Elaine (Tibbles) Storm, was born on July 23, 1949 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Growing up in Macedonia, Iowa, she graduated from Carson-Macedonia High School with the Class of 1967. Eileen made her home in Council Bluffs, Iowa and worked in Omaha, Nebraska for 45 years, first at Woodman of the World, then at Mutual of Omaha, as an insurance support clerk.
Eileen was an avid book reader, loved listening to music, and watching movies. She enjoyed spending time with her parents, siblings, and her friends.
Eileen passed away on April 22, 2017 in Council Bluffs, at the age of 67 years, 8 months, and 29 days. She was preceded in death by her father Eldred Storm in 2010.
Eileen is survived by her mother Elaine Storm of Macedonia; brother Roger Storm and wife Carol of Omaha; sisters, Corrine Storm of Macedonia, and Felicia Storm of Omaha; two nieces; one nephew; other relatives; and a host of friends.
