Paul Mark Comeau, MA , PH.D
Paul Mark Comeau was born in Bath, Maine on May 10th, 1939. He attended school there until he and his family relocated to Boston, Massachusetts. Paul graduated from Boston College High School where he was captain of his football team and also played baseball and basketball. At Boston College he graduated with a degree in English Literature and was the Center for their football team. He received a Master's Degree from Barry University and a Doctorate from Nova University here in South Florida.
Paul taught and coached football and baseball in Miami Dade Public Schools for thirty years. Paul met many wonderful people in his lifetime. Paul impacted a lot of lives, including colleagues, friends, students, athletes as well as being impacted by them. He spent his retirement years playing golf, visiting family and friends and cataloging great jazz classics.
Paul is predeceased by daughters Virginia Comeau, and Sarah Comeau Kelly. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Cynthia and children: Cynthia (Bruce) Larsen of Denver, Colorado; Frances Comeau , Paul and Thomas Comeau of Broward County, Florida. Paul has four (4) grandchildren, Ryan Martinez, Virginia and Charles Larsen, and Sean Paul Kelly of County Roscommon, Ireland.

It didn't take long when my Coral Park ballclub went against your Curley ballclub for me to realize what a great baseball mind that you had. Your Coaching developed Hall Of Famer Andre Dawson at Southwest High You were also a P.H.D OF Literature spending years teaching in the poverty stricken area of Northwestern High School. We at the Miami Baseball Forum love you and will miss your acumen. Jessus has a great teacher and Coach with him. Love, Red Berry...."
