"Bill, what can I say, ever since I came to Baxter in 1982 as the local Telephone man, you befriended me. You always had that BIG BEAUTIFUL SMILE for everyone and a warm and sincere HELLO never a hi but always a HELLO. I could tell so many stories of us partying and fishing together and a Canadian fishing trip a bunch of us took that will never be forgotten. Bill with his soft spoken way and kindness always reminded me of Jimmy Stewart minus the stammer , thats just how Bill was. Once he befriended you , it was like a gift had been given and I was the receiver of that gift. So Bill , until we meet again on the flip side, know you are missed by many and were LOVED by ALL .......
