Patricia Lynn Smith Petrovich, 79, of Davie, Florida passed away July 7, 2017. She was born April 11, 1938, in Columbus, Ohio and was raised in Miami.
Patty graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Miami and received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Broward College. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Broward General Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale for over 20 years. In addition, Patty assisted with service to the Airline Pilots Association, was a member of the Red Hat Society and a former member of the St. David Women's Club.
Patty is survived by her children, Daniel Petrovich (Natalie); Cathy Hyde (James) and Brian Petrovich (Kathy); grandchildren, Melissa (Ryan), Amy (Adam), Robyn (Jason), Kimberly (Lindsey), Alex, Lauren (Matt), David (Corryn) and Scott; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Kloiber (Bobby); one nephew and extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Petrovich and her parents, Lawrence and Mary (Murray) Smith.
