James Napolitano
March 23, 1948 - August 25, 2017

James "Jimmy Nap" Napolitano, age 69, of Berkeley Township passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, August 25, 2017.

Born in Teaneck, Mr. Napolitano lived in Ocean Gate and Forked River before relocating to the Toms River area 6 years ago. He was a veteran having served in the Navy and an accomplished painter for 24 years with Local 694. He was a member of the American Legion and the Harley Owners Group and an avid Giants fan.

He was predeceased by his parents Benjamin and Margaret Napolitano, his son James "Jimmy Jr." Napolitano and his sister Carmela Vullo. Surviving are his loving wife Cheryl Napolitano; son Nicholas Napolitano; sister Rosetta Oppelt and his large and adoring extended family.

A memorial gathering to celebrate James's life will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 11AM to 1PM at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. Cremation was private.
