Robert Carter, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on August 26, 2017. He was the founder of HR Carter enterprise inc.
Robert Carter resided in Sarasota, Florida formally of East Syracuse and Pompey, NY. Married for 68 years to Helen Reynolds Carter. Survived by sister Robetta Featherly age 104 of East Syracuse, NY. Daughter, Susan Carter, Sarasota, FL. Sons, Robert, (Kim) of Lafayette, Kevin, (Barbara) of Fabius, Gary, (Linda) of Manlius and David, San Diego. 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Robert served in US the Navy during wartime aboard the US Caloosahatchee until being honorably discharged December 1947.
