ROCHESTER, MN: David A. Larson, 53, formerly of Mankato, MN, died Thursday, March 18, 2010, after a brief illness with cancer, at his residence. David was born September 9, 1956 to Lloyd J. and Marian E. (Cutshall) Larson in Rochester, MN. He attended and graduated from the Faribault School For The Deaf, Faribault, MN in 1975. After graduation, David lived for a short time in Rochester and worked for ABC; and later moved to St. Peter, MN. In 1998, he moved into Horizon Homes, Mankato, MN and worked for MRCI. David loved animals and enjoyed going to the movies. His favorite times were coming home for the holidays and spending time with his family. David is survived by his father, Lloyd J. Larson, Rochester, MN, his older brother; Steven L. (Gina) Larson, Rochester, MN, and his younger brother; Ron Larson, Burnsville, MN. He is also survived by four aunts and many cousins. David was preceded in death by his mother Marian (Cutshall) Larson who passed away in 1962. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home, Rochester, MN. Graveside services will be held on a future date at the Cutshall family plot in Oakwood Cemetery, Rochester, MN.
