Walter F. Jagielski, age 83, of Rochester died Monday, October 18, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital.Walter Frank Jagielski was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 29, 1926 to Walter and Helen (Spercynska) Jagielski.He is the loving husband of Gladys (Peterson) Jagielski and they had just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on July 29, 2010. He is also the loving father of Dan, Debbie and Denise.Walter was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Art and Chester; and his sister, LorettaWalter worked for 50 years in construction in the Chicago area and moved to Rochester for his retirement.Private family services are scheduled.As Walter was a great lover of animals and nature, in lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) or the animal welfare association of your choice in his honor.
