"Darcy was my buddy in junior high and high school. She was warm and talented and always fun to be with. Back then I had a 125cc Lambretta scooter and she and I would buzz all around south Mpls. Two crazy blondes wearing motorcycle helmets (my parent's unbending rule)zipping between Lake Nakomis and other parts of the Roosevelt High School area. She had the lead role in a couple of plays, at Roosevelt. One of them was "Barefoot in the Park" and she was wonderful in it. I was always hoping to reconnect with her, and have more time with her. If I make it to heaven, I'll hug her then."

I cherish the kind memories of her and her warm smile and hope that your fond memories of her will help ease all the sorrow that you are dealing with at this time."

"I will never forget the love, encouragement, and support that Darcy (or D, as I called her)showed me in the seven years she was my supervisor. She helped me grow into the confident woman I am today by showing me how to use my skills, learn from others, and choose my battles...all with a gracious smile, even if the teeth were grinding underneath it. What a monumental loss for us all.E"
