ROCHESTER, MINN: Margery A. Hart, 85, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Sunrise Cottages, Rochester, MN. Margery Ann Sampson was born July 1, 1925 to Clarence and Selma (Klampe) Sampson in Duluth, MN. She graduated from Morgan Park High School in Duluth. Margery married Philip O. Hart, of Pine Island, on March 6, 1946 in Duluth. The couple lived in Duluth, Byron, and Rochester. The couple farmed in the Rochester area and Margery worked at the U.S. Post Office until her retirement in 1985. The couple moved off the farm in 2000 and what is known today as Hart Farms Housing Development in southwest Rochester. She loved to cook and spend time with her children and grandchildren. Margery was a member of Rochester Assembly of God Church.Margery is survived by her husband, Philip Hart, Rochester, MN; daughter, Kathleen Gossman, Rochester, MN and her two sons, Robert (Suzanne) Hart, South Range, WI and Paul Hart, Zumbo Falls, MN; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren; and her brother Richard (Florence) Sampson, Rosemount, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Philip David Hart, her brother Gene Sampson, and her grandson Kyle.A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes' chapel. A visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2011 and one hour before the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Rochester, MN.
