"Dear family of Ione, I'm so sorry to hear that Ione has passed away.  I always enjoyed talking with her -- especially about her nursing career and her jewelry design and sales.  I'll never forget all those wonderful cups of tea she served me at her home.  She was a lovely, vibrant, intelligent friend.  She will be missed by me and, I'm sure, many others.  Your family is in my prayers.  I know how difficult a time like this is for everyone. Love, Joan"
