"John and Family, I am so sorry to read of Lois's passing.  She was my mother's, Barbara Jean Peterson Sexton, cousin.  Her father, Edward Peterson and Meta were brother and sister.  I have been trying to locate Meta and Charles's burial sites, but have had no success.  I will be going to the Crystal Lake Cemetery and photograph her memorial and submit it to findagrave.com. Please accept my condolences. Claire Sexton Beumer"

"Dear John and family-- I want to tell you how sorry I was to read of Lois'''' Homegoing. Her life has been such a beautiful story of service to such a wide spectrum of her community. We in Rochester were greatly blessed when the two of you came down here in 1959. That''''s the same year that Howard and I moved here, too. It has been a great place to raise a family.     Please know that I will be praying for all of you and will be with you in spirit, remembering all the many hours in the church kitchen and the other rooms, doing all the things that make an organization a busy and flourishing one. I have enjoyed her friendship, and yours as well. Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of someone who was (and in Heaven remains) so vital and engaged in everything around her. Warmly, Mary Lou Sather"
