"Gail and I went to Nursing school together. We just recently were laughing about some of those tough classes. When Gail applied to one of my staff nurse positions, I reviewed her performance reviews, with no surprise, they showed her  ability to deliver independent nursing cares and assessments in the unit. Gail was looking for a different avenue of nursing and I think we can all atest she found her nitch. After I hired her she was so thankful and I remember telling her, "I am expecting great things from you!" The smile and energy she had continued to grow in our section and she fulfilled just that right up to the last day she was able to work. As a manager, I will miss her amazing attendance, perfect time cards. :) and trust that she always took care of our patients.  As a friend, I will miss her laughter and how she made me laugh, knowledge of the days forcast, the passion for a great tomatoes, her outward honesty and her life stories. Taylor, make you mom prouder than she already was."
