"To: Family of Harry Renner I worked with Harry at IBM for several years. What a great project manager and co-worker! I will always remember his talent, his great smile, and easy going laughter. Harry made a very difficult job much more fun. That's the way it should be. Please remember all of the very good times, my guess is that's what Harry would want. Dave Amundson"

"Renner sibs: You're so lucky to have had such an amazing Dad as yours. He was always smiling, funny, happy and cracking jokes. I loved your Dad and will miss him. I will most miss his HUGS! He would give me a hug that could crush Iron Man! I loved it and always expected nothing less from Harry. My condolences to you all. Losing a parent is difficult. Don't lose sight of how strong your family is and always stick together. There's nothing more important. "
"Connie (and family) - I was so sad to hear about the loss of your dad. Losing a parent is very hard and it leaves a void in the heart which is okay because no one deserves that spot except your dad. Know you have so much support within your family and from your friends. Love to you, Connie, and your family."

"Russ and Carrie - We had hoped to come to the visitation / service to give you both a hug, but cannot swing it. We are so very sorry for your loss. We will hold you in prayer all year as you enter into a year of firsts without your Dad. Life will never be the same without him. We donated to Alzheimers Assoc. in memory of your Dad. We are sorry for the entire Renner family; praying for grace and peace during this difficult time, and the year that follows. In Christ, Nate, Kristen & Co."

"Harry was one of a kind. I first met Harry at IBM, He was my mentor as I became a programmer. He was always positive, had a smile for everyone. Later my wife and I moved to Rochester, and Harry and Ethel were our across the street neighbors. We will miss Harry's smile and good morning across the street,as he and Ethel go on their daily walks. Harry was one of the nicest guys I've ever know and he will be missed."
"Ethel & family .. Harry was a great guy that I remember being on "our" first project together at IBM Rochester - CMIS in 1973. His smile as contagious .. and his detail (with his special charts) were the most organized. Always fun to be around and to joke with - so easy to talk to. He'll be missed .. but those special memories will always exist along with special thoughts and smiles .. indelibly. Sincerely ... and with special thoughts !"
