Robert "Rob" Asaro
1966 - 2017
A beloved father, husband, brother and son. The love he had for
his entire family was an everyday statement. His positive attitude,
sense of humor and smile was infectious to all. Always living his
life fully, he made being happy a top priority. Camaro rides and
trips on the Harley were just a few of his favorite past times.
Though Rob was a native of the Bronx NY, some of his fondest
memories were from his time growing up in Alaska.
He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, skiing
and being with his close friends.
As a member in the Elevator Industry - Local 19, Rob took pride in
his work. His style was honest, fair and to just have fun!
A celebration of life will take place in Anchorage, Alaska this coming June.
His ashes will be released in a place that was special to him.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, please make a contribution in Rob's name
to any wildlife, fish or tree conservation project.
He would have loved that!
