Diane Lillie Messner was born on June 24, 1952 in Minot, North Dakota to Lloyd & Luella Kriedeman. She went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2017 in Auburn, WA.
Diane is Survived by: Her loving husband of 38 years: Dave Messner. They were married in Seattle, Washington on September 6, 1979. Diane is further survived by her Mother Luella Kriedeman, her sister Darla Craigen (Steve) and brother Dennis Kriedeman Her children: Michael Messner, Michelle Taylor (Jeff), Angela Black (Cory), David Messner & Liesle Messner (Bryan Burnley) and her grandchildren: Jessica, Brett, Lukas, Zackary & Brianna and many Nieces and Nephews.
Diane worked in the field elementary education starting in 1988 while working at her eldest daughters school in Niles MI. Later moving to Seattle, she joined the Federal Way School District and spent the next 17 years working as a Special Needs Para Educator. Diane was regarded by both her supervisors and peers as a true educator with an amazing ability and a huge heart. The love between student and teacher was unmatched as she sought for a solution for each child to improve their ability and reach the goals needed.
We will deeply miss Diane, but are comforted knowing her impact on the children will benefit generations to come.
She was preceded in death by: Her father, Lloyd Kriedeman.
