Judy Skow wrote on Oct 10, 2010:

"I am so thankful I was able to enjoy dinner with Sam and her a few weeks ago. We had such a nice time. After seeing her and how wonderful she looked I thought perhaps she would go on forever. Though her body was not strong enough to do that, she has certainly left a legacy of family love that will indeed go on forever. I know you will all hold each other up as you mourn her passing. She is with our Lord - I know He has had a special spot waiting for her. I expect heaven will be just a bit tidier and aromas of her wonderful baked goods will become a common occurence! Her work here has been completed, though I know she will peek in on all of you regularly just to make sure you're all okay. My hugs and love to you all. Judy Skow "

"Aunt Adeline was very good to me as a young girl. I remember the time we made a centerpiece with juice cans and plaster of paris. This took time and she was very patient. Little things like this are what make people special to us. It's a terrible thing to lose your MOM regardless of your age. My heart is with you. Love from you cousin--AVA "
