"Joanie and I were very close friends and neighbors when she met Teddy's father Rick James. Rick was a sweet guy who battled a lot of depression but always kept the world laughing around him, then with Joanie's personality being so entertaining so it's no surprise that Teddy grew to be a funny child and young man, keeping the laughter going. In honor of Teddy i pray that the laughter continues to be heard for this family. My prayers and best wishes to Joanie and the whole family. so sorry, all my love, Katy Skjordal"
