"As a classmate of Rita's, I have many fond memories of her from our high school days. That said, my strongest memory of Rita was when I visited her in Florida with mutual friends in 2009. We hadn't stayed in touch much since she'd moved to FLA years before, so I was uncertain about how we'd get along. I needn't have worried, as we picked up right where left off and got along famously, even though we hadn't seen each other in 20+ years! It was lovely to meet her family and spend the evening with them. My deepest condolences to the whole Nakis/Greaver family, my thoughts are with you. "

" I will remember Rita as the vital woman she was...joyous, intelligent, irreverent and full of life. She loved her family and friends fiercely, was an amazing nurse and lived life on her own terms. Both Mike and I send our deepest condolences on her passing to Jeff and her entire family.
