"Sorry to hear about this young man passing. He was a big part of our lives for many years. Karl and my daughter Angela Trent were very good friends for a long time during high school and that friendship was still strong after all these years. Karl was dj at my wedding. Always enjoyed his company when he was at our home. A very kind and caring young man. He will be missed."

"Karl wanted to go fishing but I told him I had to work but my son Donny and nephew Kevin could go. He said great. He needed help with the boat. That evening Karl caught over a
10 LB bass ! Donny netted the fish for Karl . Not a state record but it definitely put him in a very elite group of Illinois anglers. All three of the guys were so excited they drove to where I was working to show me. I couldn't believe my eyes. Even though I wasn't there fishing with Karl this is one of my favorite memories because I know how happy and proud Karl was. Rest in peace my brother !
Love you ! Don Sullivan"
