James Clyde Williams, 58, of
On November 25, 2017, James 'Clyde' Williams of Myakka City, FL, was called home to be with his Lord.
Clyde was born on June 25th, 1959 in the town of Wauchula, FL. He was the son of Bobby Williams (Janie) of Lake Placid, FL and Joyce Canterbury (Alex) of Sarasota, FL.
Clyde was a long-time rancher, cowboy and farmer in Myakka, Arcadia, and surrounding towns. He was a long-serving member of Myakka Family Worship Center in Myakka City, Florida.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Sue; his mom Joyce; siblings: Bobby Williams (Tes) of Ava Maria, FL., Mike Williams of Bransford, FL., Kim Dixon (Dale) of Punta Gorda, FL.; children: Jaime Messaros (Mike) of Port Charlotte, Gator Williams (Christina) of Arcadia, Gigi Lookhoff (Aaron) of North Port, and Michael Brucker (Jenna) of Arcadia. Clyde was also blessed with four additional children: Dallas Green, Paul Williams, Andrew Williams, and William Green, all of Myakka City. Papa Clyde is greatly missed by his grandchildren: Paul, Andrew, MJ, Bo, Serenity, Jazmine, Lee, Brody, Breanna, Gage, Dane, Reid, Audrey, Carter, Shad, Bergan, Lakelynn, and Zona. Clyde was preceded in death by his father.
