"I just now realized Linda was no longer with us when my annual newsletter I've sent her since '95 came back today. Belated condolences to her family, and to Leonard. I met her during my estate sale-attending days, when she was the only dealer who wouldn't snatch things from single customers like myself. We became friends, and when I left St. Paul 30 years ago, she had the pick of the vintage clothes I was leaving behind. I rested easy knowing she would love them as much as I did. I also got several exquisite things from her, and always visited her shop when I came back to St. Paul, until I stopped renting cars. I'll remember her as if she were still there, with her loyal dog of the time. A sweet soul is somewhere in Vintage Heaven, I know."
