Tributes

John H. Davis wrote on Sep 15, 2006:

"I grew up just around the corner from Jack and have had the pleasure of knowing him as a neighborhood friend as well as a fellow city employee. Being on the Fire Dept., I had many occassions to consult Jack and he was always honest and helpful. We had similar interests in tennis and I always valued his friendship. Jack will be missed."
