Jaxon Blackburn
June 11, 2014 - July 6, 2014

Infant Jaxon Blackburn, 25 days old, of Columbia City, Ind. passed away unexpectedly at 9:21 a.m. Sunday, July 6, 2014. Born on June 11, 2014 at Parkview Whitley in Columbia City, he was the son of Damon Blackburn and Gabrielle Branning.

Additional survivors include paternal grandparents, Andrew Blackburn of Wabash and Patty and Brad Dunnuck of Columbia City; maternal grandparents, Jennifer and Tim Branning and Jamie Branning both of Columbia City; paternal great-grandparents, Mark and Becky Campbell of Warren; maternal great-grandparents, Judy and John Garwood of South Whitley and Cindy and Chad McClure of Columbia City; and aunts and uncles, Chase, Kadance and Adam Blackburn all of Huntington, Blake Campbell of Warren, Hunter, Austin and Logan Dunnuck of Columbia City, Trent Garwood of North Manchester, Ian and Emma Branning of Columbia City.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 10 to 11 a.m. at DeMoney-Grimes, a Life Story Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City with funeral services to follow. Burial at Eberhard Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Jaxons memory to the donors choice.
