"Marguerite was a beautiful person, inside and out. She was a dear and close friend and I truly loved her for her thoughtfulness, cheerful personality and strong faith. We traveled to Rome, Italy, together, for the Beatification of Mother Teresa, spending time also in Paris and Florence. We had a marvelous, fun time and decided to take more trips together, which we did. We?d worked together at Marriott and became very close friends, almost like sisters. I moved to The Villages, FL in 2011 and we kept in touch by phone. I saw her several times in Ft. Lauderdale and she wanted to drive up to visit me, but she just couldn?t make the trip. I?ve missed her so much, wondering why I couldn?t reach her, knowing she was ill and probably not up to talking. I?m heartbroken that I couldn?t be there for her when I could?ve helped her. I loved my friend Marguerite and always prayed for her, which I will continue to do. My deepest condolences to her beloved family. She spoke often of all of you and loved you very deeply.

"I just heard of Margo?s death this evening. I recall Margo?s first trip to Vail. She fell in love with it, getting a subscription to the local newspapers and then revisiting Vail on
her own that same ski season., before taking that plunge of leaving the Big Apple and moving out there on what turned out to be her first great adventure. Margo later continued her travel adventures, moving onto California and then to Florida. I?ll remember Margo for her warm laugh and love of adventure. Helen Brett "

"All good, fond memories for Marguerite. Those halcyon times of the 50`s & 60`s hanging out in Devoe park ,the Cabin & Jackson`s ; doing the Savoy at the Tolentine dances. Swooning over Sinatra. Fast forward to meeting again at the reunions in 2K & `05 and she is now swooning over Bocelli. My wife and I and mutual friends getting together with her in Fla. several times this past decade. A joy to be with . Always warm & welcoming .Always fun & laughter. Always a friend . I can see this gal from " da Bronx " now in Heaven doing a jig with old pals, Annie & Dinky."

"There you are Marguerite, with the sparkling smile you always carried. Your spirit had to enter Heaven singing one of the Irish songs you sang in life. Not many people leave a lasting impression, but you certainly did. Remembering you dancing those Irish jigs and know you will do some in heaven. Tina Mizgalski Family"

"Marguerite was a very special person. Always ready to help, a true professional in her work with Marriott. She was always ready with a laugh or a smile. She was always fun when she came to the house to "hunker down" while we would wait for a hurricane. A terrific person who will be missed."
