Paul Farrand
April 27, 1930 - February 11, 2007

Paul Farrand, age 76 of White Lake died Sunday, February 11, 2007 at his home. He was born April 27, 1930 in Elton to the late James and Verna (Pennington) Farrand. On April 14, 1956 he and the former Shirley Olson were married. They were later divorced.
Raised in Elton, he served as a Corporal in the United States Army seeing action in the Korean War where he received the Purple Heart.
For 38 years he was employed at Robbins Hardwood Flooring Company in White Lake. He enjoyed collecting guns, old cars and tractors and his dogs.
He is a life member of the Wolf River Valley Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9438, White Lake.
Survivors include three daughters;
Deborah (Glen) Dankmeyer of Wausau
Rose (Fiancé Joe) Kolbe of Aniwa
Cheryl (Friend Dwain) Farrand of Antigo
Two Grandchildren
Glenn A. Dankmeyer of Wausau
David P. Kolbe of Birnamwood
Five Great Grandchildren
Troy, Shania, Tyler, Isaiah, and Lily
Sister Vivian Bowman of West Bend
Brother-in-Law Roger Maas of Shawano
The mother of his children Shirley Brown of Birnamwood
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Robert (Gladys) Farrand, Two sisters Shirley Rickett, Marie Maas
Services will be Friday at 2:00 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home. Rev. Jason Dickerson will officiate.
Burial will be held at the Church on the Hill Cemetery, Elton.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home with a veterans honor guard from 1PM to 2PM.
