Henry Waldvogel

Henry J. Waldvogel, age 97, of the Town of Norwood, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center, Antigo. He was born May 4, 1909 in the Town of Norwood to the late Charles and Matilda (Bissonette) Waldvogel.
He married the former Marie Ann Meidl on September 11, 1934 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Phlox. She died November 18, 1994.
He is a member of St. Joseph Holy Family Catholic Church, Phlox.
Mr. Waldvogel and his wife owned and operated a dairy farm in the Town of Norwood.
Survivors include two daughters

Jean (William) Beran, Aniwa
A Son Joseph (Janet) Waldvogel, Antigo
A Daughter-in-Law Mary Ellen Waldvogel, Shawano
One sister Bernice Schleinz, Antigo
A Brother Joseph Waldvogel, of Wausau
14 Grandchildren Gerry (fiancée Carol), Allen (Emily), Dean (Kim) Waldvogel, Dawn (David) Krajewski, Barbara (Mark) Schubring, Diane (Mark) McKinney, Donna Kuhr, Linda (Lloyd) Vollmar, Brian and Adam Waldvogel, Jennifer (Scott) Page, Rick (Fiancée Kristine) Beran, Lee and Jolene Beran, and 19 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife,
daughter Helen Waldvogel,
son Norbert Waldvogel,
two grandchildren Robyn and Gary,
Four sisters Mary Rank and Gusta Immekus, Annie Robinson, Dolores Dressler.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 14, 2007 at St Joseph Holy Family Catholic Church, Phlox. Rev David Kiefer and Deacon Tom Hartman will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday from 3:30 to 8:00pm at Bradley Funeral Home, Antigo with a parish wake service at 7:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Joseph Holy Family Catholic Church, Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Phlox.
