Howard Bud Galarowicz
January 5, 1921 - June 15, 2007

Howard "Bud" Galarowicz, town of Ackley resident, died at home under the care of LeRoyer Hospice on Friday June 15, 2007. He was 86 years old. Born in the town of Ackley on January 5, 1921 to Joseph and Anna (Maniecki) Galarowicz he married Margaret Prasalowicz on December 29, 1943 at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church in Antigo.

He owned and operated a dairy farm in the town of Ackley for many years. He worked at Gunkels Bakery and later with Phil Draeger owned and operated the Bakery.

He was a member of St. Mary and Hyacinth Catholic Church.

Survivors include three daughters Mary (Donald) Parker of Antigo; Kathy (Harold) Ruelle of Wausau; Debbie (Leslie) Van Nover of Antigo; one son Bruce (Jane) Galarowicz of Wausau.
Further survived by one sister Joan Adamski, two brothers Donald (Debbie) of Colorado; Floyd (Evelyn) of Antigo.
Eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife and one son Joey; two sisters and two brothers.

Memorial mass will be held at St. Mary and Hyacinth Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Jeremiah Worman officiating. Visitation will be held at church from 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. Burial of cremated remains will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
