Chester BEHREANDT
April 14, 1925 - September 21, 2007

Chester Warren BEHREANDT, 82 years old of Birnamwood, WI, died Friday, September 21, 2007 at his home under the care of his family and LeRoyer Hospice. He was born Tuesday, April 14, 1925 in Park Falls, the son of the late Warren and Eleanor (Sharper) Behreandt. On April 7, 1962 he married Joyce Wilson in Cass, Michigan. She survives.

He served with the United States Marine Corp. during WWII from 1943 - 1946 in the Pacific Theatre. He was employed as a logger working for his father and worked as a mason at Krueger Construction in Marion for 5 years. While living in Michigan he worked for Creecoach, building trailers then moved to Birnamwood and worked as a self employed mason building fireplaces. He enjoyed throwing horse shoes, shooting archery, fishing, hunting and bowling.

Surviving are his wife, Joyce five daughters, Dawn Behreandt, Birnamwood, Amy (Chuck) Phillips of Colorado, Debby (Joe) Hitz, Athens, Jeannie (fiancee Jason) Behreandt, Merrill, Addrien Landrum, Gresham. four sons Perry (Jody) Behreandt, Wittenberg, Monty (Kelly) Behreandt, Birnamwood, Rocky Behreandt, and Ricky Behreandt, both of Shawano, two sister, Ruby Miller of Park Falls, June (Charlie) Miesbauer of Butternut, brother, Leroy (Friend Sharon) Behreandt of Antigo. 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by Parents, two brothers Ed and Adolph, one sister Lenore.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Aniwa with Rev. Tabitha Gallatin officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home and again in Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at the church. Online condolences at www.bradleyfh.com.
