Patrick Pratt
September 16, 1939 - July 7, 2008

Patrick Pratt of Langlade died Monday, July 7, 2008 at home under the care of his family and LeRoyer Hospice. He was 68 years old. Born in Grays Lake, IL on Sept. 16, 1939 to the late LeRoy W. and Margaret (Waters) Pratt, he married Joan Mackiewicz on Oct. 19, 1962 in Shawano. She survives.

He moved to Elton as a child and worked at Polar Manufacturing for 14 years. He also worked in logging on the Menomonie Indian Reservation for 13 years then at Robbins Flooring for 17 years retiring in 2002.
He served as a trustee for the Village of White Lake and served on the White Lake and Town of Wolf River volunteer fire departments.

Survivors include his wife Joan, one daughter Margaret (Rick) Holbrook, White Lake, two sons, Skip (Becky) Pratt, White Lake, Todd (Jennifer) Pratt, Wauwatosa; two sisters, Myrle (Bill) Madole, Libertyville, IL, Marilyn (Lowell) Brandt, Plattsmouth, NE; two brothers, Dale (Sharon) Pratt, Waukegan, IL, Mike (Ruth) Pratt, Antigo; nine grandchildren, Jessica Baker, Rebecca, Dustin, Sarah, and Felicia Holbrook, Andy Pratt, Hannah Emerson, Abbie Pratt, Nicholas Pratt, and one great grandchild, Brody Kreciak. He is further survived by his wife's family Jim (Sharon) Mackiewicz, Margaret (Henry) Lemmer, Kathleen (David) Cihlar, Theresa Mackiewicz and friend Joe Pavek, Fran Wetternau, Mary (Wayne) Fix, Peter Mackiewicz, and Susan Brickham.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, grandson Joshua Baker, one sister Jean Geske, three brothers Merit, Jim, and Marvin Skip Pratt, his wife's sister Helen Hollon.

Services will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Nancy Richmond, officiating. Burial will take place in Langlade Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on Wed. one hour prior to services.
