Evelyn Zaverousky of the Town of Peck died Friday, August 15, 2008 at Langlade Hospital with her family in the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 91 years old. Born December 31, 1916 in Antigo, WI to the late William and Clara ( Holly) Mosher. She married the late Joseph Zaverousky on February 24, 1938 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Antigo.
preceded her in death on 2/13/1995

She graduated from Mayflower grade school in the Town of Antigo.

She was a member of St. Wencel Catholic Church, Neva She and her husband farmed for 57 years in the town of Peck. Her hobbies were reading, gardening, and making rag rugs

Survivors include her, 2 daughters, Judith Zaverousky Antigo, Mary (James) Damos Antigo; 4 sons, James (Susan) Zaverousky Jacksonville, Fla, Jerry Zaverousky Antigo, Thomas (Gail) Zaverousky Antigo, Timothy (Doris) Zaverousky Antigo; 2 sisters, Alma (Otto) Frisch Antigo, Doris (Lawrence) Schremp Antigo; 7 grandchildren, Debbie, Brian, Sherrelle, Melanie, Hayley, Blakely, and Caitlyn; 7 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchilren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters Mildred and Margaret Mosher, and four brothers George, Richard, Raymond, and Harold Mosher.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 10am at St. Wencel Catholic Church, Neva with Rev. Michael E. Betley, officiating. Entombment will take place in Queen of Peace Mausoleum. Visitation will be Monday, August 18 from 3:30 to 7pm with a parish wake service at 6:30pm and Tuesday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at Bradley Funeral Home.
