Stacy Fuller, of Antigo, died Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at home under the care of her family and friends. She was 21 years old. She was born March 19, 1987 in Antigo to Joe and Cindy (Lenzner) Fuller.
In August of 2006 Stacy recieved a bone marrow transplant to help her battle Fanconi's anemia, a rare bone marrow disease. One year later she was diagnosed with oral cancer which eventually took her life.
She attended Mattoon Elementry School and graduated from Antigo High School in 2005. She attended Nicolet Technical College in Rhinelander for one year recieving her Certificate of Achievement in Barber/Cosmotology. Stacy valued time with her friends, playing with her dogs, camping, scrapbooking and feeding the birds.
Survivors, along with her parents, include one sister Kyle Fuller, at home, stacy's boyfriend Michael Zinda, Antigo, maternal grandfather Ralph Lenzner, Birnamwood, paternal grandparents, Donald and Ann Fuller, Mattoon, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Pearl Lenzner in 1991.
Services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Holy Family Catholic Church, Phlox, with Rev. David Keifer and Deacon Tom Hartman officiating. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home. A parish wake service will be held on friday at 7:00 p.m. also at the funeral home.
