Margaret Barker, of Antigo, died Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was 98 years old. Born Friday, July 15, 1910 in Antigo, WI to Frank and Ida (Rienke)Pelofske. She married James John Barker on 1931 at Waukegan, IL.
She is a member of AARP,Sparks-Doernenburg American Legion Auxiliary Unit #3, Volunteer at the Ye Olde Craft Shoppe, Langlade County Senior Citizens Club
Survivors include 3 sons, Robert Barker, Milwaukee, Geroge Barker, Pound, John Barker, Antigo, 1 niece, Catherine Caruso, Sacramento, CA,.
Services will be held on November 20, 2008 at 10:00 am at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Strong officiating. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be November 19, 2008, Wednesday from 3 to 5 pm and Thursday from 9 to 10 am at Bradley Funeral Home.
