Lee Kuby Kubiaczyk, of Antigo, died Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at his home. He was 48 years old. Born March 19, 1960 in Antigo to the late Walter and Beverly(Felski) Kubiaczyk.
He attended Antigo High School and had been employed by Northland Heat Treating and Johnson Coil. He was a former member ot the Tri-County Pool League and enjoyed hunting and shooting pool.
Survivors include his,two brothers, Thomas (Julie) Kubiaczyk Antigo, Michael(Gail) Kubiaczyk Lakewood; niece, Tammy Kubiaczyk Antigo; two nephews, Terry (Nicole) Kubiaczyk Antigo, Tim Kubiaczyk Seattle, Wash; a great-niece, Chelsea Kubiaczyk and his step mother, Audrey Kubiaczyk Elcho also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 11 am at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Jack LaMar officiating. Visitation will be Friday, January 16 from 10 am to 11 am at the funeral Home.
