Beatrice Buelow, of Antigo, died Friday, May 29, 2009 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was 90 years old. She was born on September 28, 1918 in Elmhurst to John and Lena (Nousen) Schmoll. She married Raymond Buelow on July 1, 1939 in Antigo. He preceded her in death on January 12, 1991.
Following marriage she moved to Leona then to Milwaukee in 1943. She returned to Antigo in 1977. Mrs. Buelow was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and a homemakers club. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, playing cards and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy (Tu) Payne, Salt Lake City, Utah, Carol (Todd) Stoehr, Clintonville, Geraldine (Dean) Molzner, Watertown, two sons, Ellsworth Butch (Margaret) Buelow, Fox Lake, Richard (Kathy) Buelow, Sturgeon Bay, a sister, Helen Antoniewicz, Milwaukee, 23 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters Erma Fischer and Emma Seis, three brothers Herbert, Robert Pete, Ernest Schmoll.
Services will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church with Rev. Scott Kruse, oficiating. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home and on Wednesday at the church one hour prior to services. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Peace Lutheran Church.
