CHESTER HOWARD PRICHARD
May 18, 1927 - August 24, 2011

Funeral services for Mr. Chester Howard Prichard, age 84, will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, August 29, 2011 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Pastor Roger Paavola officiating. Burial will be in the Algood Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Honor Guard from the James T. Davis Post 5062 of the VFW. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5 until 9 p.m.Mr. Prichard died August 24, 2011 at Cookeille Regional Hospital. He was born May 18, 1927 in Clay County to the late Willie Addie Thompson Prichard. He was an auto mechanic.He was a member of the Heavenly Host Luthern Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII.He is survived by his wife, Beverly Prichard of Cookeville; sons, Chester Prichard, Jr. wife, Gayle of Franksville, Wisconsin and Leslie Prichard wife, Barbara of Jackson County, TN; daughters, Virginia Rose of Cascade, Wisconsin and Rebecca Jean Prichard Sahlberg husband, Stewart of Monticello, Minnesota; and brothers, Haggard Prichard of Allons and Lester Prichard wife, Dean of Murfreesboro, TN; 6 grandchildren, Susannah, Coren, Luke, Diana, Andrea, Jerrod and 4 great-grandchildren, Emily, Ben, Samantha, Will.He is preceded in death by his parents, brother: Leslie Prichard, and sisters: Nellie Mae Vaughn and Ruth Barnes.
