Funeral services for Mr. Robert J. Langford, age 81, of Livingston will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2011 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Alan Judd officiating. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery in Clay County. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. and Wednesday until 8 p.m.Mr. Langford died November 14, 2011 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born June 21, 1930 in Overton County to the late Harlan and Delma Ramsey Langford. He was a truck driver for D C Furniture Manufacturing.He was a member of Allons Church of Christ and a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.He is survived by his wife, Juanita Langford of Livingston; a son, Danny Langford of Livingston; and 3 sisters, Betty Jo Page of Nashville, Jean Tayse of Ohio, and Judy Davies of Franklin, TN.He is preceded in death by his parents and 3 infant children.
