Funeral services for Ms. Nola Coleen Hancock Sweat, age 68, of Algood formerly of Monroe will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday February 26, 2015 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. David Beaty officiating. Burial will be in the Hancock Cemetery in Alpine, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 9 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.
Ms. Sweat passed away February 23, 2015 at her home. She was born September 19, 1946 in Putnam County to the late Amos Edgar "Red" & Lillie McDonald Hancock. She worked as a customer service representative at Walmart.
She is survived by 3 sons, James, Edward A., & George C. Sweat, all of Algood; 2 daughters, Bridgett Suddarth of Hartsville, TN and Annette Sweat of Pleasante, TX; a sister, Ann Hancock Young of Scottsboro, AL; and 3 grandchildren, Levi Sweat, Quanah Suddarth, & Kaleigh Stultz.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a grandson: Hawk Suddarth, and a special aunt & uncle: Fannie & Kermit Williams.
