Margaret Kalweit
April 17, 1932 - December 24, 2009
Margaret Kalweit, of Pickerel, died Thursday December 24, 2009 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was 77 years old. She was born on April 17, 1932 in Monroe to John and Mabel (Burdick)Creviston.
She married Clarence Dankert in Milwaukee, he preceded her in death. She later married William Kalweit in Milwaukee, he also preceded her in death.
Margaret attended high school in Wilton.
She enjoyed spending time with her friends at the Horizon Adult Day Care. She also loved reading, shopping, and playing bingo. Margaret was very proud of her home made bread and cinnamon rolls.
Survivors include two sons: Charles (Brenda) Dankert, Milwaukee, Terry (Wendy) Dankert, Clintonville, two daughters: Debbie Dankert, Milwaukee, Laura (Carl) Ishmael, Pickerel, four sisters: Audrey (Vernal) Jacobson, Wilton, Delores (Marvin) Worden, Tomah, Francis (John) Schanhofer, Sparta, and Mazie (David) Haseley, Wilton. Nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, her parents, a daughter, Mary Ehm, a grandson Peter Ehm, a brother Wayland Buck Creviston.
Funeral services for Margaret will be held on Wednesday December 30, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel in Milwaukee. Visitation will be 1:00 pm-3:00 pm on Tuesday at the Bradley Funeral Home, and 1:00 until the time of service on Wednesday at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel. Burial will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established.
