Gary Mattmiller

Gary Mattmiller, a longtime Antigo resident died Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Mount View Care Center in Wausau. He was 61 years old. He was born on February 4, 1949 in Antigo a son of the late Walter and Joan (Rickman) Mattmiller.
He is a graduated of Antigo High School.
Mr. Mattmiller served in the United States Air Force from February 27, 1969 to December 21, 1972 stationed in Germany. Following service he was employed at B & M Bootery in Antigo for many years and later managed Weinbrenner Outlet stores in Antigo, Merrill and Medford.
Survivors include a son Trevor (Jennifer) Mattmiller, Merrill, a grandson Brody Mattmiller, two sisters Judy (Bill) Allen, Gray, TN, Catherine Fair, Green Bay, two brothers Dennis (Cindy) Mattmiller and Jeffrey (Gail) Merkey all of Antigo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and stepmother Bev Mattmiller.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at Lakeside Cemetery Summit Lake with Rev. David Karolus officiating. The Elcho American Legion Post 377 will conduct military rites at the cemetery.
The Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
