Garold Zolly White

Garold Zolly White, of Antigo, died Wednesday, at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. He was 82 years old. He was born on April 19, 1928 in Eagle River, a son of the late William and Ida (Conn) White. He married Muriel Hollister on April 3, 1954 in Lake Bluff, IL. She preceded him in death on February 21, 1984.
He served in the United States Army from December 29, 1950 to December 9, 1953 receiving two bronze stars during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged as a Private.
Survivors include a daughter, Charlene (Fred) Newburgh, Redondo Beach, CA; two brothers, William White, Kenosha and Loyal (Carla) White, Antigo; long time companion, Virginia Keen, Antigo; and various nieces and nephews including Charlotte Johnson, Gary Hollister, Connie Ingersoll and Carol Custer.
In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
No service will be held. Burial will take place in Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire.
