Willi Mayer
October 22, 1930 - July 8, 2010

Willi Mayer, Elcho, died Thursday, July 8, 2010 at his home. He was 79 years old. He was born on October 22, 1930 in Hungary to John and Anna (Stocker) Mayer. He married Hedwig Reidenbach in Germany. She preceded him in death on February 22, 1992.

On September 12, 1958, he immagrated with his wife and children to the United States. He worked as a laborer until 1969 when he established W. Mayer Masonry and serviced the masonry needs in the Milwaukee area. He retired in 1991 and made his permanent residence on Moccasin Lake.

Mr. Mayer enjoyed hard work and being productive, whether it was on a skid loader or in his vegetable garden.

He is survived by three sons: Rolf (Karen) Mayer, Jackson, Hans Mayer, Menomonee Falls, Axel (Cindy) Mayer, Menomonee Falls; two daughters: Gisela (Gerald) Kaltz, Hubertus, Rosemarie (Jeff) Kelly, Hartford; one brother Peter Mayer, Elcho, one sister Anna Szunder, Mequon; eight Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, and wife, he was preceeded in death by a daughter, Cornelia Mayer, one sister-in-law Francis and one brother-in-law Erwin.

Services will be held on Tuesday July 13, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Omer Kelley officiating. Burial will take place in Elcho Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 am until the time of service.
