Robert Nappi Napiontek
September 2, 1931 - September 12, 2010

Robert Nappi Napiontek, of Elcho, died Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. He was 79 years old. He was born on September 2, 1931 in Milwaukee, a son of Leo and Victoria Napiontek. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War and is a member of the Noetzelman-Boodry American Legion Post #377 in Elcho.

Mr. Napiontek worked as a union sheet metal worker in the Milwaukee area prior to moving to Elcho in 2002. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Elcho.

Survivors include his partner in life - Geri Mackowski of Elcho and her children Ed (Sue), Geri (Lenny), Mark (Deborah), Julianna, Carrie, and Michael (Julie); a sister-in-law Florence Napiontek; many loving nieces, nephews and friends who enjoyed Bob's warmth, humor and generosity.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Napiontek, parents, twin sister, Laverne Napiontek; three brothers: Danny, Leo, and Richard Napiontek.

Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Elcho with Rev. Jeremiah Worman officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Bradley Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the church. The Elcho American Legion Post #377 will stand honor guard on Wednesday at the funeral home from 6:00 - 6:45 p.m. and conduct military rites following services Thursday at the church.

Graveside services will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery, Oak Creek on Friday at 10:30 a.m. with a visitation at the cemetery from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
