Donald Jensen
April 4, 1934 - June 24, 1961

Donald C Jensen, of Antigo, died Friday, September 17, 2010 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. He was 76 years old. He was born on April 4, 1934 in Antigo, a son of the late Harry Red and Margaret (Glugla) Jensen. He married Marylee Markgraf on June 24, 1961 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Phlox. She survives.

He attended Antigo High School and served in the United States Army for two years having been stationed in Germany. He was employed by the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad for 36 years, retiring in 1989. He enjoyed maintaining contact with his fellow railroaders, playing pool and snowmobiling.

Survivors include two daughters Connie Jensen, Green Bay, Deana Jensen and husband John Herrmann, Antigo; two sons Eliot Jensen and partner Regina Byrnes, Antigo, Bruce (Loann) Jensen, Clearwater, FL; two brothers Tom (Joann) Jensen, Harry (Linda) Jensen, both of Antigo; three grandchildren Alex, Adrianna and Phoenix Jensen.

Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church, with Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiating. Visitation will be 3:30 - 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Bradley Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. until the time of services on Wednesday at the church. A parish wake service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Antigo veterans will conduct military rites following services at the church on Wednesday.
