Louise Maly
April 14, 1918 - November 22, 2010

Louise Loretta Maly, of Antigo, died Monday, November 22, 2010 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was 92 years old. She was born on April 14, 1918 in the Town of Vilas, a daughter of Michael and Mary (Francel) Lebon. She married Durward Pederson in Monico, the couple later divorced. She married Frank Maly on April 8, 1970. He preceded her in death on April 28, 1982.

She attended Liberty Bell School. For over 30 years she was employed at Vulcan Corporation in Antigo in addition to waitressing at the Dixie Lunch for over 25 years. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and the Dorcas Society.

She was active in the Langlade County Senior Citizens Club and Body Recall. She enjoyed golfing, bowling and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie Young of Pickerel; six grandchildren, Sherri (David) Parsons, Susanne (Robert) Arendt, Gregory (Susan) Young, Matthew (Dianne) Young, Amy (Steve) Wranovsky and Danielle (Doug) England; nineteen great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; a sister, Rose Lebon of New York, NY; two step-grandchildren, Annette (Tom) Marciniak and Mike (Jan) Maly.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Dorothy; a son, Donald Pederson; a son-in-law, Thomas Young; three sisters, Stephanie Utteck, Mary Zaitz and Frances Keller; two brothers, Mike Lebon and John Lebon; a great-grandson, Joshua Young; and a step-son, Bernard Maly.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at Peace Lutheran Church with Rev. Scott Kruse officiating. Burial will take place in the Antigo Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at the church from 10:00 AM until the service. Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family.

She was a devoted and loving Mother and Grandmother and enjoyed special times with her grandchildren, family and friends. When God passed out hearts she was given one of the best as her heart gave of itself to others all of her life.
