Joshua "JD" Morrison, 35 of Omaha, NE, and formerly of Glenwood, IA, passed away on February 22, 2018 in Omaha. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the funeral home.

Joshua David "J.D." Morrison was born on March 3, 1982 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the son of Jay Edward and Barbara Ann (Holderfield) Morrison. He graduated from the Glenwood High School in 2001. J.D. attended college for a year and was employed in the healthcare field as a caregiver.
J.D. loved electronics, especially stereo equipment, cars, and enjoyed drawing. He loved spending time with his family, especially with his son Joseph.
J.D. passed away on February 22, 2018 in Omaha, Nebraska, at the age of 35 years, 11 months, and 19 days. He was preceded in death by his sister Charity Rhodes in 2010.
J.D. is survived by his son Joseph Morrison; parents, Jay and Barb Morrison of Glenwood, IA; siblings, Christopher Rhodes and wife Rachel of Council Bluffs, Jenifer Taylor and husband Kyle of Thurman, IA, Joanna Morrison of Pacific Junction, IA, and Jake Morrison of Glenwood; nieces, nephews and extended relatives; and by many friends.
