Luce Carrasco, born July 31, 1944 passed away peacefully on March 8, 2018 with her family at her side. She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons Scott Offenberg and Yvan Carrasco and her sisters Arlene and Debbie. Luce was predeceased by her sister Judy and her brother Gary and her mother and father Josephine and Albert. Luci had one grandchild Isabella Carrasco. Luce had a special love for animals and will be missed by her dog Chelsea and her cats Chang and Sasha. The family will spread her ashes at Snoqualmie Falls where Luce will be eternally be surrounded by nature
