Age 12,Granite Falls, Washington passed peacefully March 18,2018 at 3:45 am in his mother's arms, holding his sister and adopted grandma's hands.
Keegan was born September 8,2005 to Carrie Overvold in Edmonds Washington. In Keegan's short life he lived with his mom & sister in Everett, Marysville, and the last five years in Granite Falls with additions to their families, Dennis & for fur babies.
Keegan was born with Canavan Disease and although he was non verbal, his expressions & laughter spoke for him. He enjoyed the simple things in life, being snuggled, birds singing,raspberries on his cheeks, and music. Funny noises would put a huge smile on his face and make him laugh so hard, he could hardly catch his breath.
Keegan may be gone but he will live on in the many people who's lives he touched. He will forever be in the heart of his mom Carrie Overvold,sister Brianna Overvold-Slayton, stepdad to be Dennis Temple of Granite Falls Washington, Uncle's Damon Overvold, Kevin & Corey Akers, Aunt Shana Akers, lots of honorary Aunts, Uncles, & grandparents who were always there for him and loved him so much,Grandma Dianne Sturgis-Baptiste & adopted grandma/caregiver Francis Ames, adopted grandpa Chuck Vanbenschoten
