Survived by his wife Marion L. Bukosky; step-children Steve (Amy) Kampschnieder, Randall (Debra) Kampschnieder, Renee Holub and Regina (Shad) Hejhal and nine step-grandchildren, six step-great grandchildren; sister Peggy (Donald) Avilez and three nieces.
